COVID-19 Update 

At GBC Trading, the health and wellbeing of our resellers and customers is our top priority.



Our warehouse is processing and shipping orders. However, due to the recent Alert Level announcement, there may be some delays with the processing and shipping of orders.  We appreciate your patience and support.


Orders and delivery times

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Our warehouse must take specific measures to comply with COVID-19 health and safety regulations and as a result, processing times for orders is between 48-72 hours. 

We are also expecting delays in delivery times due to the high volume of packages being received by our courier and delivery partners.  Please bear with us during this time.  We will monitor this and keep you updated. 


Hygiene and handling

We have been working closely with our warehouse teams who are following all Government guidelines, and we have reinforced our rigorous hygiene and handling procedures when picking and packing your order. Our warehouse teams have implemented additional health and safety measures including regular hygiene audits to ensure our stringent standards are upheld at all times.

All of our warehouses are conducting additional cleaning and introducing new measures to help reduce the risk. This includes hand sanitation and site cleaning as well as restrictions around warehouse visitors, staff meetings and staff travel. The welfare of our customers and warehouse teams is our top priority and we will continue to monitor the situation on a day to day basis.


Stock levels

The high level of demand during COVID-19 has meant that we may have periods where we are out of stock in some locations. We are doing everything we can to restore our stock levels across the range.
